Being a mother is indeed a special time in every woman’s life. From being pampered during the days of pregnancy to the ultimate joy holding the baby first time, this entire time is full of unforgettable moments for a woman. But unfortunately, we all are battling the global pandemic- COVID-19 right now. And while the entire globe seems to be stressed about it, it’s definitely a tougher time for all the pregnant women. Carrying a child in times of a pandemic is definitely scary. And with the nation-wide lockdown, it’s not easy for a pregnant lady to go for regular check-ups to their hospital again and again.
Which is why to put you at ease, we found this amazing online workshop being held this Friday, on supporting pregnant women in times of COVID-19. The workshop is being organised by My Child First– a digital platform to educate, integrate and respond to parents and parents-to-be and equip them with information on all aspects of child-rearing. What All Is The Workshop About? 

We understand that it’s a tough and stressful time for everyone, but it is even more stressful for all the pregnant women out there. And research shows that stress in pregnancy is linked to changes in the infant’s nervous system. So, to put yourself at ease and gain knowledge about how to handle yourself in these testing times, you must attend this workshop by My Child First’s co-founder Divya Deswal. This online workshop will include the following:

  • Personal interaction in small groups
  • 20 minutes exercise on regulating the nervous system
